Now you know how the first beach spectators at Kitty Hawk reacted when the Wright brothers first powered their plane across the dunes. I'm 71 yrs old. It's now beyond amazing the things so many out there were snidely laughing at or scoffing at Elon's first proclaimed aims, foresight and predictions just 10 years ago. Musk has already given the world: restored free speech social media platforms, computers both hearing and speech for the deaf and dumb as well as seeing for the blind (not only with normal sight, but infrared and radar), rockets that already re-land themselves (upright, no less) safe and ready for refit and reuse, self driving cars and trucks and now bounding acrobatic vehicles that even Evel Knievel could use successfully! This is nothing you'd ever see accomplished in any socialist, much less communist, society, which all have to steal ideas,concepts and technology from capitalist nations. It matters not whether such a car is ever "practical" or if the average person ever drives these vehicles. What matters are the leaps in innovation, technology, engineering and expansive new knowledge for the world to use and build upon. THAT is what will affect each of us, ...and advance us all!
