No, that’s too serious of a mistake. There’s no way you didn’t double check when you were giving a child 8 mg or something but brave an adult only 2 mg of the same medicine.

You cant make this mistake unless you are just extremely negligent …8 mg of morphine would be like equivalent to 4 to 8 ML‘s of morphine … to a pediatric patient ??? you would not push that much without questioning the dose. Sometimes TV shows are unrealistic.
