I avoid those convos, bc in my experience, it gives them more ammo to spin their story. They gaslight and try to tell me I'm crazy. I got tired of this. They will spin a story regardless. Sheep will follow. I'm done trying to explain myself to someone that isn't with my energy.

it is repeated behavior and when it keeps hapoening to me or to someone I love I come to the decision that I do not want this person. because nothing changes. its the same thing just happening to a different person. i cannot let someone be apart of my life and am just watching because I dint want this larer in future hapoening with my kids. I dont have to say anything to anyone who should know its not okay to treat people that has hurt us for years. I just cant and realky dont care what people think you dont understand unless you been on the side of the one who was put through crap. i dont want to save relationships that only has worked out to not be good for me. past and present.
