I used to help a family member do amazon flex and we'd mark the boxed and packages with numbers to make it much easier when fishing them out (good money if you work fast)

I mean sounds great but with decent gas mileage 3.5hrs of driving is gonna be roughly 320 miles worth of gasoline so about $55-$75 of gas. Where tf is your profit? Try to right it off and taxes and now your in the hook with insurance for using your personal vehicle for business and business vehicle insurance is wayyyy more and ur still paying 40-60 if not more for the gas.
