one of my biggest pet peeves as a teller is when im in the middle of a deposit, you see that I have money (bills and change) all over my station infront of me and a customer walks right up to my station even after I look up and say "hi, we'll be right with you" and they continue to stand there and stare at me and the deposit infront of me....it gives me anxiety lol.

I was on my break standing outside today and a lady pulled up, asked me to make her payment for her and then bring it back out so she wouldn’t have to get out of her car. 🤦🏻♀️

We had an instance where a customer came in upset because his loan officer wasn't answering his calls. A co worker finally had to say "he's at the hospital!" Then the person finally acted like he cared even a little bit. It's insane.

Banks are making money out of our accounts. Stop acting like you, the banks , are doing us a favor. If you had enough people working, the. People wouldn’t walk in like that. They are probably tired of waiting.

Aren’t the bank doors always closed? If you’re not open they would be locked. But in all my life you always had to walk into a bank. I haven’t learned to go through doors otherwise. Or when they walk in, start looking for people in offices, and when they can’t find one they say “I don’t think you’re gonna be able to help me with this, I think I need to speak to someone in an office” …. And it’s just a dispute and new debit card

At my branch customers come in looking for a certain banker and they disregard everybody that greets them walk straight to that banker and then interrupts that banker when he’s helping a client it’s so irritating

Customers will just bang on my window or walk right up to my desk. The disrespect and lack of manners is insane. I’m in an open concept it’s horrible.

Girl, I have a window in my office. One day I'm on the phone, door shut, denying a customer a loan, when a customer walks up and knocks on the window. I pointed to the phone and mouthed, "Give me 5 minutes." They walked in, shut the door, and took out their stuff for me to help them.
