there's different reasons for cramps. I don't think these people realize that not only periods cause pain in your abdominal area that is cramping

as someone with endometriosis, i cramp regardless of a period or not. 😅 can't imagine a boss who tracks my cramps and periods......

I called in sick to work in hospitality one time cus my period cramps were so bad I was vomitting n my manager said “I have a wife and her periods are not like that so you should still come into work” 🫠 I quit on the spot

To be fair, I'd get so graphic and make them uncomfortable. "Yes! My period was two weeks ago and it was particularly heavy. I think this time the cramps are because I have a bug so it's likely diarrhea but my periods have been SUPER unregular recently, like some days just some spotting but others? IT'S LIKE A FLOOD! Seriously, it's so gross. I could take a picture next time if you're super interested?"
