i feel you so heavy. it will be a year since i lost my momma to an od in november. it doesn’t get easier you just learn to adjust with the feelings & move appropriately. you’re doing everything right jazzy girl. you are showing love to others, showing up for yourself. one thing this last year has taught me is everything you do is perfect if it aligns with you ❤️that can even be sitting with your feelings like this, being mad at the world. because it was never fair. it never will be fair. we lost our momma ❤️🩹

I lost my mom before I was 30, in a few days I'll be 56. I wish I could say it gets easier, it dose not. things change, I honor her, I have kids she never got to see. you are not alone, please stay strong. I have already said a prayer for you.

Oh my girl... I just see so much of you in me. My Dad died when I was 18 suddenly in car accident. I'm 42 now. I still do this with him. It will never get easier. The hardest thing you will ever have to do is live for her. The only way is through. Sending you all the love, light and strength ❤️
