This almost works with the exception of the Ethiopian Bible having 81 books, the Catholic Bible having 73, and then the King James Bible having only 66. So yeah, a bunch of men have set around and cherry picked what they liked and didn’t like 🤷🏻‍♀️

Awesome content! Very informative. Do you know if the Nicean Council decide whether the trinity doctrine or arianasm would be considered orthodox? After reading the bible over and over again, I find arianism to be more true. thank you in advance 😁

So we'll accept that the word of God was written by men, breathed out by God... saying that God wrote the Bible through appointed men.... but we can't understand or believe that the all powerful God of the universe couldn't control exactly what was decided to be in His word?

If you read The Apostolic Constitutions, ancient writings of the Apostles to the Church. In the 8th book towards the end the Apostle Clement of Rome, disciple of Peter, gives a list of OT and NT books that are considered holy to Christians. It wasn't until several centuries later that the Church put them all together into the Bible. The Apostolic Constitutions https://www.newadvent.org/fathers/0715.htm There are other Apostolic writings to the Church as well. The Ethiopic Didascalia, the Didascalia Apostolorum and the Coptic Apostolic Constitutions.

that's the question the church doesn't want to answer.. why they removed so many books and declared these four as canonical.. What was the criteria..?? if there was any criteria...was it applied equally to all gospel.. who gave authority to church to decide this... critical issue... these are question church must answer...

Not exactly, because God's will is done through the free will of man. The Bible is a Greek word, collection of books. There are many collections

Yep- he is the Son of Man, sitting at the right hand of God.....nowhere does it say he is God. Again, the "i am" refers to him being the son of God, the Christ. Mark 14:61-62 [61]But He kept silent and did not answer. Again the high priest was questioning Him, and saying to Him, "Are You the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One? " [62]And Jesus said, "I am; and you shall see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven."

You make it sound like "the church" was a singular, authoritative institution in the early days, rather than a set of disparate factions, each promoting its theology, dogma, and preferred writings. In the end, one faction won out, promoted their preferred writings, and suppressed the others, including around 30 other gospels.
