@utahjunction: A Utah man named Dennys told the Ogden City Council that ICE agents physically assaulted him during an encounter that left him fearing for his life before detaining him for six weeks. He said several agents surrounded his vehicle, ignored his calls for help and continued to restrain him despite a medical emergency. He also said that an Ogden police officer participated in the arrest. The man called on city leadership to adopt policies requiring local police to take reports of alleged misconduct by federal immigration agents.
