If you have to pop the tip of the finger off your glove to draw blood or place an iv than you shouldn’t be drawling blood or placing iv’s than. Idc if you’re new to this or have years of experience. This is an absolute no in my book. If you can’t feel through the glove choose a different profession please. this is hazardous for everyone idc if you cleaned it before, during, and after. It’s a no. 😳
