first please do not use that kind of diamond bit on your natural nails, get a mandrel bit and sanding bands 250 grit which is safe for the natural nails. You need a full coverage lamp, i recommend a Sun UV. 60 second cure, ALWAYS. wipe gel off with acetone and do NOT cure it on your nails. contact dermatitis is the least of your concern 🫠 a gel allergy is worse. I would honestly recommend taking those off bc they’re not fully cured and uncured gel on your nails is extremely unsafe. they may LOOk cured but gel polish is a chemical reaction and the polymers and monomers cannot fully cure under a lamp that is not strong enough nor fully cured. you should have asked me i am a licensed nail tech 😭 with pots… i suffer

you can get sanding bands for your efile off aliexpress or amazon def recommend the thinner ones compared to the big ones sonce you can be more precise

One of these should come with the sanding bands also 180-240 if what kind of sanding bands you need for your natural nail and just take the shine off your nails because you don’t wanna damage them❤️

I would recommend a stronger light, one with a reflective bottom to make sure things are getting fully cured! You should look up the different drill bits so you don’t damage your nails with one that’s too abrasive. They have different purposes that’s why your sanding band isn’t fitting. I Love these nails theyre Sooo cute!

Make sure to white nails with acetone or rubbing alcohol to clean them off or to get rid of the sticky layer after you cure your top coat.
