The Edition at Research Park is not too crazy expensive but is very nice and modern. Your washer and dryer is inside a big walk in closet. Area is safe too

High Point Preserve is on the outskirts near Manor off of E US HWY 290. It’s a decently nice place, far out so not that much city noise but that also means it’s a drive to certain things
