Shit my boss hate me day one, upper management got involved multiple times and we had "conversations" and it never got better, 55 year old man who was pissed at me 29 year old dude, we figured he hated my attitude which is do the best I can and people liked me way more then him

I have this know. Manager never checks in and never sets any goals for the team. Then only give 3 stars on a review. Literally zero feedback but can provide once a year when it’s required for his job.
