my cousin left there bc it's swamp land so everyone moving their thinking it's so affordable just bought homes that will eventually have water damage and that's not covered in your homes insurance😉

I have never had to deal with this and I been in PB for 2yrs now. Jacksonville gets worse than what is shown esp if you're boating and trying to get yourself and your boat out of the area after getting it back on the trailer.
