Who is planning this?? Who keeps ruining Merced?? First they ruin our mall. They cut it in half with a bootbarn nobody asked for. Now it’s permanently ruined like we only have half of our mall. Just to give us some bs outside stores for some reason. THAT COULDVE BEEN IN THE MALL. Now they wanna give us another plaza w those same bs stores? Like who is in charge of this? Is it an elected position? Can we vote them tf out? Genuinely 😭

I’m not excited about any of these, actually. I think Merced needs an Amazon or UPS hub to bring more jobs to the area. I’m happy to see the city grow but do we need more of the same stores? Why not out outlets here? This city needs more jobs, not 11 Starbucks.
