I’m dealing with this pain years I’m at my ends wit between chiropractors physios taking pain relief and going for massages . Nothing helps

I have this pain and its horrible.. I started even to have headaches but behind the head with pain in the right arm and left arm.. and now and then numbness in the last 2 fingers from left hand..😢😢 at night I cannot find my position.. its terrible..

I have this. It’s like a dull pulling ache I can’t get to with massage. I also have a slight nerve problem where if I “massage” it I actually feel a spiky pain that’s itchy.

Soooo, what can we do? My physio told me to go home and watch youtube videos to sort it myself, tried them for a good while and shock horror, it didn't help 😂
