I’m so close to getting out of the DV shelter. I’m going to be able to give my two year old son his own room. I’ve worked 2 jobs around the clock and just got my first approval after many denials for apartments. I’m only a few hundred away from having enough for the deposit. Just excited and had no one else to share this with :)

I told my mom for the first time and she told me i was being difficult and we all know you're emotional especially being pregnant then came time for court for my protective order and she read my binder full of text and my pictures of things and she cried and apologized over and over and I still can't forgive her for having the audacity as a women to say I was being difficult
