I have noticed that real attorneys reacted differently than non attorneys did to her claims. When I provided examples how every profession has entry requirements like a teacher has a teacher license, a pilot has a pilot license, an doctor has a license, so yes to be a lawyer-attorney, they are the same, it requires a license, then they agree with me she was wrong. As for a replacement, not until after the midterms and I have seen the names Maria Bartirimo and Scott Jennings mentioned.

I think she is a lawyer since she graduated from law school. I think she is not an attorney since she hasn’t passed the California bar and is not licensed. In China their laws are very different to practice law and work in law. Most attorneys in China are very young. Hope she doesn’t get in trouble for unauthorized to practice law. Some states allow paralegals to handle cases without supervision in U.S. it’s crazy times.
