you know 120 and 50 zone yeah that's bad. 120 and 80 zone that may sound more bad than it actually is. I think the issue should be all about the alcohol not the speed.

if they have the money to buy that car, for sure they have the money to pay that fine. it would be better and more painful if it was a % of network or income. that way regardless of the money they won't do that again so easily.
