It is for Private Schools. They do more of the work. They are mostly SHS leavers.

if you work with some private school, you will understand why judgement will start from the house of the Lord because most of the proprietors are men of God in high pulpit

That's private school is guess. I'm also in the private sector. My advice to the teacher is to go to school. upgrade even if it's the NNTC certificate, she should get some and start with. My first private school is thought in 2018, I was paid 150 cedis. I decided not to sit back. I did a montessori course for 6 month. I applied in a different school to take 500. I did not sit back again. I did a higher cert, early childhood education, went to workshops for disabilities in children, dyslexia, dyscaculia and others. I applied in a different school and now taking 1400. This year I bought winneba forms. Now doing degree in basic education distance.

Sometimes as a teacher too be praying about your work, for the school and be asking for salary increment. I started from 500 that’s 2023 Feb by December I took 700 now I’m taking 1200 and I’m praying and still asking for increment. Chale know your worth if not apply for different schools
