@imnathanhopper: With the next big aviation conference happening tomorrow, it's super important to remember how life-changing these networking events can be. It's inspiring to be around so many incredible people who are at the top of their game, and making a difference in the industry. Do not be the person who misses out on these conferences. Obviously don't go to your first one being like "I'm going to walk away today with my dream job"-that's the wrong mindset. The best mindset to have is "I'm going to this event to connect with like-minded individuals, make friends, and provide value". Figure out what you bring to the table, present yourself well, and go out and give it your all. If you think of all the ways you can provide value to these companies, and serve the others pilots around you - your experience will be very positive and have lasting effect on not only your career but the person you're becoming. Don't let the difficulty of landing a job make you give up on your dream. Make it a reason to bring yourself closer into the aviation community, network like crazy, and find a group of likeminded individuals who are going to push you to the next level. As always, @spitfireelite will be at RTAG 2026 day one and day two providing INSANE VALUE to their tight-knit community and even people outside of it. They will look at your resume, give you advice for meet and greets, and help you reach that next level. They do this for EVERYBODY, not just spitfire clients. Don't miss out on these opportunities. There is going to be someone who reads this, goes to RTAG, connects with people, provides value, and meets someone that ends up being the turning point in getting them to the next step in their career! Is that going to be you? Or are you going to keep saying - "I'll just go to the next one" You guys got this, freshen up those suits, print your resumes, be yourself, and go crush it this weekend. #aviation #airlinepilot #dreamlife #selfgrowth #studentpilot
