You said you had a bad trading day because you were distracted at work. So that means to successfully trade you need to keep your eye on it at all times. So how is that any different from having a job? I’d argue you gain more self-sufficiency by learning a trade, or opening a business.

Because work doesn’t define my life outside of 9-5. My 9-5 gives me the money I need, and then I use the freedom I’m afforded by that to pursue all my other interests in my free time. Our system is definitely broken and many ppl aren’t as fortunate to have opportunities for stable jobs and having stability. Spending more time with friends and building a community should be your escape focus on things outside of work. Trading will still be a full time job pretty much anyway

In my opinion, as someone who has been paying attention to your content, your thought process here is not incorrect, and I don’t blame you for feeling the way you feel - what you say in this video is valid. But the way you are going about this very like almost certainly isn’t going to result in you breaking free and living the life the way you want to, but that doesn’t mean your thought process and goals are wrong. If you had saved up 90,000, not 9000 you would have a valid shot here, but you dropped out of the 9 to 5 way too early - my fear for you is ur gonna have to go back. You need a bigger nest egg starting off with, whether that means it’s three years of grinding or six years of grinding at a regular job.

whats so hard to understand? I dont wanna live my life broke chasing something that's never gonna happen. I want to work for something, improve myself, improve my station, be valuable, help people. I genuinely hope you succeed at this, that would be awesome. but, frankly, its just extremely unlikely. what youre doing is like spending $9k on lotto tickets and hoping you win big. its not impossible, but its not likely and you "believing" it'll work has no bearing on reality. theres too much thats out of your control. when i make a plan I weigh the risks vs the benefits. quitting my job to day trade has enormous risks compared to the small chance that I will benefit

it's because you're an animal, all animals work for their food, shelter, etc. it used to by by farming, now, generally, it's by working a 9-5. You're just looking for an easy way to make money and live without contributing anything to society; it kinda sucks people like you exist. It's why communism fails, because some people don't care about society, they just want to sit around and get paid for existing.
