So my wife’s doc made the statement that GLP1’s are also anti inflammatory. It’s a micro dose, but she says it absolutely keeps inflammation down. I never would have known otherwise.

I turned 50 and have NEVER been as heavy as I was. No matter the food intake or exercise. I was VERY uncomfortable in my body physically! I started a GLP1 end of July and have lost 20 lbs. I'm going slow, still eating healthy and exercising. I feel sooooo much better. Skinny is not my goal. Healthy is. Despite being 50 I have a 12 and 7 yo to live a long time for!!!

I agree that it is being abused by those that are already at a healthy weight but they don't see themselves as that. Doctors shouldn't be prescribing under a certain bmi. Regardless I think more people need to look at their relationship with food and their body. I see a nutritionist and I realized I have a poor relationship with food. It's been like therapy restoring my mindset.

I love your business and your videos. I understand that you may be talking to a certain group. But please know these drugs have helped an enormous number of folks with diabetes and obesity lose enough weight to avoid more disease and early death. I agree it’s been abused by some but this message doesn’t address just them. Again, you are terrific. Cat is cute too.

Nope!!! My PCOS and weight issues were impacting me. So I loved me enough to go on the GLP1. I am healthier. And many of us don’t go on high amounts.

Well, since I can no longer hop, due to my weight, I am going to lose some so I can move better and this will also help with my arthritis. But I totally agree with you that trying to get to a size zero is insane.
