@barbara.barb.sinclair: I’m 84. I do not have a metabolic age of 38. (SAVE THIS) 👇 A side lunge will not make you look young. These are just 10 simple things I actually do. Bent knee. Long leg. Then the back knee down. Slow. No surgery. No injections. No starving. I refuse to stop moving just because of age. These are the biggest ones: #4 is the one I’ll never give up. 1️⃣ Bent knee tracks over the foot. Do not let it cave in. 2️⃣ Straight leg stays long. Soft knee. Do not lock it hard. 3️⃣ Chest stays tall. Do not fold over and bounce. 4️⃣ Primal Queen with my meals. Non negotiable. Two capsules a day. Grass fed beef organs, made for women, so I do not have to cook liver. Consistency is what makes it work. The one I use is linked in my bio 👆🏻 or grab it here: https://collabs.shop/djbaw4 5️⃣ Then the back knee comes down. Hands where you can still breathe. 6️⃣ Twist only as far as the hips allow. The other arm can stay low. 7️⃣ Both sides, every time. The side you skip is the one that stays tight. 8️⃣ Then stand all the way up. If you need a hand, use it. 9️⃣ 30g protein every meal. Muscles hold you up and keep your metabolism FAST. A non negotiable at 84. 🔟 A daily walk. Easy pace, long enough that you can still talk. A number on a screen is not a body. Getting down and back up is. Consistency is the name of the game. 1 day at a time. Boring but EFFECTIVE. ✅ Save this so you do not forget these 10. ✍️ Follow me and comment ‘LEAN’ so i can DM you the rest of my free Lean Blueprint.
