My advice, didn’t hire a coordinator spent the day asking people to do things line restock the candy bar, clear plates, etc bc no one is going to do it right unless they are getting paid for it even if you delegate it. I wish I would have done a first look because that’s when I looked the best and the pictures were the best. Kids were the life of the party! They had a blast and we seriously debated this. I’m so glad we changed our minds!
