@thelegendofsokka: I really love the fact Gyatso was able to not only witness two avatars but be best friends #avatarthelastairbender #fyp #legendofkorra #atla #aang

Little Ocean :

I like to think that Aang was much more than a best friend to Gyatso. That was his son 😭 He loved that boy so much.

Snug :

Then aang to zuko because I’m pretty sure zuko was related to Roku and then zuko to korra

ROXTO :

I wish Sokka was alive while korra was older I would’ve loved to see that

Raindropp !! :

And toph and aang to toph and korra :(

avatar._. :

I’ve always wondered, I heard that air nomads don’t have parents ..? So how is it that gyatso met aang?? If it is just luck it’s so special and sad at the same time 😭💔

SourEpitaph :

As a bending master I bet it’s very comforting knowing that if you become friends with the avatar you’ll most likely see them again no matter how much time passes

tooshy :

there were plans to make a book 4 that would been seen anng becoming friends with the reincarnation of gyatso,it was canceled for the live action movie

SenatorPudge :

Massi :

Felix :

i like this trope so much it's sad we won't see it in A7H

Miss Agua Tofuina 🇳🇿 :

And this backstory was revealed like just before the finale pretty much 😭

tae.k060 :

Roku to gyatso gyatso to aang aang to toph toph to korra aang to katara katara to korra🥲🥲🥲

Rowboat 🌸 :

Its like how the gaang gets to help Korra :(

𝓜𝓲𝓪 ⚓️ :

“Gyatso, if you were my age, do you think we would be good friends?”

Nicholas Nelson :

That’s the beauty of being the avatar the animals the friend the connections always carry on to the next life some friends in animals seeing in been friends with 2 avatars in a lifetime

ri_i_e_i_o :

And Monk Gyatso was going to help Aang escape and go with him 😭
