I think something that’s being overlooked is that he has friends in the oil industry. Perhaps ripping up bike lanes is a kill 2 birds with one stone—pissing off progressive while also enriching his friends by forcing people to use vehicles.

here's a shortcut all conservatives talk locally, provincially , stately and internationally they all do the same thing all the time and people are always blown away by it it keeps happening either via the IDU or whatever other means of communication they have. also please consider this an attack on poverty because when gas prices get really high bicycles become a thing so it's just another penance by conservatives getting mad at people for being poor when they don't pay them
