@jonjebus: We need to get this seized brake caliper guide pin unstuck on this 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU. It's very rusted which means water was finding its way in there somehow. After trying a bunch of different methods to break it free, we basically ended up bending it (which isn't good) and then shearing the head right off of it with the impact wrench (even worse). So, our only option from here is to give in and just order new parts.
speaking from experience, heat the carrier until it burns you, then hit it, then it might undo and free up

leave on the car. remove rubber boot. clamp the pin at the very end with vice grips. heat the BRACKET where it slides in. hold mild pressure on the grips. maybe some wiggling. itll come loose. propane torch does it

you can order just a new bracket. But i too would just replace the whole caliper assembly.

Brother you don’t have to torture yourself. Bolt it back on so it’s stationary and use a torque and gun to loose it up

leave it on the car, heat it with a torch and it should come out easier! but to be fair this is a lot more entertaining 🙌

buy a MAP gas torch from any hardware store. not as good as an oxy but it'll do the job! or a bigger hammer, dealers choice lol.
