One day during the summer my daughter wasn’t listening to me and had a little attitude and while we were in the kitchen someone knocked on our screen door, it was a cop! I opened the door and invited him in, he looked at my daughter who was 5 at the time and “I heard you were giving your mom a hard time” she started to cry and he said “you need to apologize and listen to your mom, she just wants what’s best for you” He then sent her off to go pick up her toys and when she left I looked at him and he said “ I’m just here because a woman just took out your mailbox along with three others on your street” the timing was just perfect and she never forgot that!

Drove my toddler to the police station once for not wearing his seatbelt. Police officer came out to the car to talk to him and guess what he never took it off again. These kids just need to know you mean business

Girl, when my daughter was 5, she nearly burned down my laundry room playing with fire! 😩🔥 I took her straight to the fire station, and those firefighters spent a whole hour educating her about the dangers of fire. 😂👏🏽 Fast-forward 14 years, she’s 19 now, and let me tell you, that lesson stuck with her for LIFE! Sometimes one good lesson is all it takes! 💯🤣❤️

💯 I did the same 15 years ago. I know have 20 year old who graduated high school @17 with 3.5 GPA and his associates with internship with one Houston's major hospitals.
