SPOILER ALERT❗️From Canada's day ahead episode. Sally's upstairs changing in to her reception dress. Everyone else in Jazz Room except Adam who came up cause he was irritated with Billy. He goes up to wish Sally well. Her water breaks. At that moment Billy gets a call that Jill is having "a cardiac event" so my guess is Billy will take off to Jill, while Adam delivers the baby, bringing back memories of Ava, the baby him and Sally lost, and the drama ensues!!! Let me know if you want me to post another spoiler for the next episode.
