Beautiful flower, I don’t think this is about hate. Water and oil don't mix easily, and it’s important to stay aware of your surroundings. As someone who has lived in Los Angeles for a long time, I’d encourage you to be mindful that some areas may feel less welcoming, especially if you’re new to the city and using public transportation. Racism against white people is real, too. Please take care and stay safe.
