A lady just made a video about how she came back from a dermatology summit and they discovered from research that exosomes don’t actually work and are a waste of money and microneedling when you apply a medication on top of the skin after, the channels close so quick so you’re skin only absorbs about .7% of the medication or serum or whatever you put on it.

Just to let you know, they actually say that if you do more times at a low depth, then a deeper depth you’ll actually get further with complexion lines all of it so if you didn’t very shallow depth a lot of times would be more beneficial!

I’ve done it at home too . The first time I didn’t go that deep. I wouldn’t be opposed to trying myself again deeper. Professionally is the goal but it’s the money lol 😩🤣🤣

Just try deeper at home. I started more shallow and went deeper each time up to 2. You can do it. Their hand is no different than your hand.

I just had RF microneedling with exosomes by an aesthetician foot the first time. I'm not sure if she was too conservative or what, but I wasn't red or anything, and I'm not seeing any difference on my skin.

You just have to slow down the deeper the depth you go… so you don’t scratch yourself. But if you feel comfortable doing it, 1.25 there’s no reason why you can’t do two or even three that goes for anyone they’re not doing anything special.
