@el_jivarooo: 🚨 VIRGINIA MAN SENTENCED TO 35 YEARS FOR EXPLOITING 11-YEAR-OLD GIRL Brian James Backues, 46, of Portsmouth, was sentenced to 35 years in prison for producing, receiving and possessing CSAM, as well as coercing and enticing a minor. Officials said that between February and March 2025, Backues sent s*xually explicit messages to an 11-year-old girl to get her to record videos of herself performing s*xual acts. He also sent the child s*xually explicit videos of himself. Backues was previously convicted of child sex crimes in Norfolk in 2020. The case was prosecuted through Project Safe Childhood, a federal initiative targeting child s*xual exploitation
