@nolongersilent.life: Some days I’m regulated, reflective, and making progress. Other days, my nervous system has apparently issued a tornado, hurricane, and tsunami warning at the same time. Healing isn’t linear. It isn’t always graceful. But somewhere in this swirling mess, I can still see how far I’ve come. So yes, I think I’m doing okay. 😂
