omg! I just got my Hysterectomy a month ago, my OB-GYN only give me estrogen, and she did said that I don't need progesterone, I cant sleep and im been having headaches, mentally feel sooo drain

My doc put me on progesterone due to night sweats and insomnia. 200mg was too strong, but the sleep was delicious🤤🤤🤤 But I felt heavy, groggy and sad after 2 weeks. Now I’m on 100mg…I don’t think it’s strong enough😩

I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago but kept my ovaries was told i didn’t need any thing. I’ve had labs done they said I was in normal range. My sister in law is a nurse open a med spa and she looked at them and said i needed hormone i went to a hormone place here in tx and they put me on progesterone and testosterone cream

if I take it before bed I still am awake at 3am for a while or permanently so now I just take it at my 3am waking to let me go back to sleep lol

I have the mirena and I started oestrogel last week. When is a good time to talk to the Dr about progesterone? I'm so damn anxious all the time and my sleep is hell.

I’m really scared to take my, cause I’m allergic to peanut , and I can’t afford compound pharmacy it’s $175 . U think I should take it . I could have food with peanut oil but not actually peanut butter
