to me that was typical Florida weather with or without hurricanes. but in Illinois I've learned to be prepared for any kind of weather.

Feeder bands can get pretty nasty. It’s calm in the eye of the hurricane but the winds behind it is usually worse than when it makes landfall. Ask me how I know! I still don’t have kitchen cabinets. There’s not one room in my entire house that is completely repaired. Home owners insurance company went bankrupt on us!!

We had a nor’easter a few weeks ago, & it did the same thing! It was crazy - especially when the sun would pop out!! Montana had a big snow fall this week, & Northern California too!

Very normal! So is snacking through the storm! People go crazy before the storm buying out the grocery store! Then we chew our way through it. Some people(not advisable) they party through the storm.😂

100% normal for the eye of the storm. It’s essentially a massive tornado. On the eastern side of the storm you’ll have the most tornadoes.
