that julia wolf song was THE song when we were in separation. And I caught myself getting activated by small things because of the past separation and how it all went down. I'm working through that fear and learning to trust that he won't just dissappear again. He has also been more vulnerable and I can tell hes trying to be more communicative with me. Spot on!!
