I don’t understand how someone else’s feelings can affect our life soo much like how do you live always watching your back and watching your words bc you don’t know who could attack you next bc jealousy is something you can’t really tell and you don’t even have to know the person they just have to know or see you once that’s it.

Growing up, I was taught to speak negatively about the things I was afraid of attracting hasad over (so people would feel less envious). Now, I’m unlearning that mindset and replacing it with keeping things private, as much as I can and simply saying Alhamdulillah. ❤️🩹
