It might be less jarring visually to slow down the dragon's pivot speed or responsiveness so it isn't flicking clockwise/anticlockwise so much, or perhaps introduce a small arc it walks around within to position itself to face the player, or just allow it to attack in the direction its head is facing (with its wings or tail) so it doesn't need to pivot its whole body? Similar to the dragons from the first two Dark Souls games. Otherwise, it's looking fantastic so far!
