Hey this is dumb but can you please do a video on Jarlica. It's a girl who has done a perpetual stew for over 500 days and it scares me

worked in kitchens and now in R&D, this is 99% true. The other 1% is that as long as the USDA inspector didn't see the turtle before we got it out, we can keep going

You wish SQF was this diligent. Since COVID we went from cleaning the whole facility every night to cleaning raw areas every other night to cleaning raw areas once a week. And now we are starting to clean RTE areas only every other day.

there's a reason I don't get lemon at restaurants. most restaurants have cutting lemons as side work for the servers. most servers grab a hand tray and a random steak knife and cut the lemons, put them in a bowl, then dump the old lemons on top (so they get used first). that hand tray definitely didn't get run through the dish pit first.

The accuracy. I started off in restaurant and quick service and now work as QA in a manufacturing facility.
I've quarantined thousands of gallons of product because no one checked the tank temp for 2 consecutive hours or because the pH "looked weird".
While back when I was in quick service I accidentally sliced open my hand once and was told "try not to drip blood on the prep area".

I work at a medicine factory. Some one noticed that there where plastic shavings around the capper, because it was tourqeing caps on too tight, and my company scraped about $200k worth of product because they didn’t know how longs the issue was going for and we where unable to rework the product without scraping it.
