From helping me with my catheters and getting my slippers on, to cooking up a storm in true Italian style, supporting my reborn art and helping me through the challenges MS brings, Anna is there. 🇮🇹❤️ MS has changed so much about my life, but Anna has changed my life for the better. She brings light into the hardest days, makes me laugh when things feel overwhelming, and reminds me that even when chronic illness takes so much, it cannot take away love, connection and the joy we find in one another. She is an incredible partner, parent, grandparent and carer. She gives so much of herself to our family, often in ways the world never sees. And even in the most personal and difficult moments, we still find reasons to laugh, because sometimes humour is what gets us through. This is our real life. Not perfect, not always easy, but full of love, resilience, and little moments that mean everything. Anna, you are so much more than my carer.
