@layersofher_: 🍝 Creamy chicken, mushroom & spinach fettuccine 🤤 Ingredients: Chicken, fettuccine, mushrooms, onion, minced garlic, small cream, 1 packet of @MaggiANZ Creamy Mushroom OR French Onion Soup Mix, a little flour to thicken, garlic & herb salt, baby spinach & Parmesan Method: 1. Sauté onion, mushrooms & garlic. Set aside. 2. Cook chicken, then add mushroom/onion back in 3. Add cream, soup mix & a little flour to thicken. 4. Season to taste and stir through spinach. 5. Toss with cooked fettuccine and top with Parmesan. 🧀 💡 No soup mix? Use chicken stock powder instead, to taste. Add gradually as it's salty!
