She is gorgeously wonky. The quality control is so bad. I’d keep her. But whatever you decide, I wish you the best.

Well, it’s the same story with Barbie, so I think it’s time we started canceling Mattel too. 😭 Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Barbie, and I’ll always love so many of the products Mattel used to make. But the quality over the past 10 years just hasn’t been the same. At this point, we need to start saving our money or investing in Integrity Toys instead, because we’re looking for quality, perfection, and craftsmanship that actually match the price we’re paying. 😭😭😭💔

seeing that shes been released 3 days in a row and the high demand of her the production will be RUSHED and the quality will be lower cuz the quality control will be crazyyy

😭 genuinely you somehow have the worst luck with dolls, it’s so sad! I don’t get how they can’t exchange it for a new one that can ship right away?? 0 reason you should have to wait that long for her 🙄 honestly I can’t say what I’d do if I was in your shoes tbh, I wanna say return but a wait that long is ridiculous

I'm honestly debating on canceling my pre-order. I don't know how I feel about her. One moment I like her & the next I feel dissatisfied with certain things.
