If you're in your 40s or 50s, can we talk for a minute? 🤍 Because I think somewhere along the way, a lot of us started believing that by this age we should have everything figured out. The career, the money, the house, the relationships, the future… all neatly sorted. Like there was some invisible deadline we were supposed to meet. ⏰ But what happens when you get here and start thinking… “Hang on a minute, is this actually the life I want for the next 10, 20 or 30 years?” And that's quite a scary question to ask yourself. Because maybe you've spent years working hard, paying the bills, looking after everyone else, being responsible and generally just getting on with life. From the outside, everything might even look absolutely fine. But inside, there's this little niggle that keeps coming back… “I think I want something more.” 🥹 And when I say more, I don't necessarily mean a bigger house, a flashier car or some completely different life. Maybe it's more freedom. More choices. More financial security. More time for yourself. Or simply waking up and feeling excited about what's still ahead of you rather than thinking, “Is this basically it now?” I think that's where I've found myself. I'm a self-employed therapist and I love what I do, so I'm not trying to throw away the life or business I've already built. But I HAVE started thinking differently about what I want the next chapter to look like. 💭 I don't want my only option for earning more to be working more hours. I don't want to assume that because I've always earned in one particular way, that's the way I have to earn forever. And I definitely don't want to get another 10 years down the road and think… “Why didn't I at least see what else was possible?” So I'm learning something new. 💻✨ I'm learning about the digital world, building something alongside what I already do and giving myself permission to be a beginner again. And believe me, being a beginner in your 40s or 50s can feel VERY strange. 😂 There are things I don't know. Things I've had to Google. Things I've got completely wrong. Things that have taken me far longer to understand than I'd like to admit. But do you know what? That's okay. Because I've realised that rebuilding your life doesn't necessarily mean blowing the old one up and starting again from scratch. Sometimes rebuilding is simply taking everything you've learned so far and deciding you're going to use it to create something different. Maybe you learn a new skill. Maybe you start something alongside your job or business. Maybe you explore another potential income stream. Maybe you finally investigate that thing you've been watching other people do while quietly wondering whether you could do it too. 👀 It might literally start with you sitting on the sofa one evening, opening your laptop and saying… “Right then… let's see what's possible.” 😂💻 That's how small a new chapter can begin. And no, I don't have every part of mine figured out yet. I'm learning as I go. But I'd rather be figuring it out than still be sitting in exactly the same place years from now wishing I'd started. So if you're in your 40s or 50s and you've been thinking “Have I left it too late?”, please don't automatically assume the answer is yes. You've lived. You've learned. You've made mistakes. You've figured things out. You've probably survived things your younger self couldn't have imagined. You're not starting from nothing. You're starting with experience. 🤍 And maybe the version of you that you're going to be most proud of hasn't even happened yet. If you're at that point where you're thinking “I don't necessarily want to throw my current life away… I just want to know what ELSE I could build”, that's exactly the journey I'm on too. Comment REBUILD 👇 and I'll send you the information about what I'm learning and how you can start exploring building something digital alongside the life you already have. 💻✨ Because maybe this isn't about starting over at all. Maybe it's just about deciding what you want to build nex
