This was really good! I didn't have pineapple juice, so opened a can of pineapple rings,and used the juice. After the 15 min ,I removed and reserved the liquid. I did a flash fry for a bit of browning. Then proceeded,and tasted as I went. I did end up putting all the liquid back in, and added a teaspoon of jarlick and same with ginger.

actually snice pineapple juice is acidic it will tenderize the meat making it sweet n juicy
