raising money from who? our government should be paying for this not us Canadians, we pay so much taxes and they give it to other countries, its time to put our foot down.

When are they going to finally do a set up plan? I’m being serious. The ones that are homeless for dřũgs get them rehab and proper help and if they don’t want it, they don’t want any help. Making them back into proper people of society should be the end goal. Not for peoples taxes to go up more to pay for people to sleep somewhere warm. Do something more with it. Actually help them become proper members again. The people who are homeless not because of ďřügs help them find jobs and get back into a routine and help them for so long until they have to continue. Giving homeless just a place to rest your head isn’t helping anyone get back on track and actually clean up the problem. Anyone who lives in Stratford already knows the taxes in that city are CRAZY to begin with.
