Teachers take the same base pay as the security personnel’s; Police, Immigration, fire and Prisons and nurse on the Single Spine Salary Structure SSSS the only difference is the allowances their union fought for them which has made their pay increase which is unfair to teachers because they don’t get such allowances which is bad making their base pay only speak for them. The upcoming IPEC system is what the government is planning to do to wipe away the SSSS making salaries in the government sector fair so that teachers, nurses and Security personnels be on the same atleast pay line with just a little or micro difference because is going to be base on productivity rather ranks in the respective services. We are praying that as the IPEC bill is about to placed before parliament this November it will be approved gloriously.
