check out engelwood they do the same thing you work 1 4 shift week per period they call it "making up the difference" fo 3x12s adding ip to 36 hours so the one extra week gets you to atleast 40 hours

They call it being “on-call” which is required by management, but you ALWAYS get called in, so it’s effectively mandatory overtime.

Well, I don’t even know what your post is about cause I’m not reading it but when you talk about hospitals or the administrators should really hire more nurses you do not have enough for the floors there’s tons of nurses out there. It’s greed for the higher-ups they don’t hire enough care.
