As a claims adjuster, don’t feel bad! He made a dumb move by trying to “hide” his mistake! This is why we pay so much in insurance premiums … he needs to be held accountable! Glad they were able to help track him down!!! I hate hit and run people so much!

Make sure you contact your car seat manufacturer! Most will make you replace them after any sort of accident, your insurance may also cover the cost of new ones!

dont feel bad one bit, you didn't do a thing wrong they did. and the fact theu moved their car after is so sad...idk what state you are in, but just be careful claiming stuff with insurance. in NYS no matter what if it was not your fault, windshield... deer. if you have two claims in 1 year insurance will drop you :)

yes that is a hit and run. same thing happened to my moms car. when she took it to the paint and body shop they said you need to file this with insurance and it was considered a hit and run.

some people are just heartless, my babygirl was just in a horrific car accident that just about took her life and the person that hit her was 100% fine and they didn't check on her or anything, im so sorry you had that happen to you.
