I have pretty severe POTS/EDS/autoimmune issues and I wear a vagus nerve stimulator 24/7 basically, they are expensive but it’s genuinely been worth it

Not for pain but switching to all natural fiber sheets helped with my temperature regulation and bed sweats due to RA. Any brand but 100% cotton is the move

Vitamin C, Nasonex, Excedrin, Bath: if I’m cold from the inside out, I add fresh ginger to my bath.

so currently cute compression socks, lmnt, garmin watch /ultrahuman ring, i prefer pickles/pickle juice to anything else during a bad flare up. I am also currently on day 3 of trying the pulsetto- dysautonomia is what I struggle with the most

It’s not a pain hack but I keep sauce/salt/jam/peanut butter/pepper packets etc. from hotels/cafes & put them in my bedside drawer. For the days that I need to have meds with something but don’t have the physical fortitude to get out of bed/make myself food - a couple of saltines & some jam makes for a good snack (enough to satisfy the “you must take this with food” criteria anyway)

I’m a DPT who has EDS & co who treated only CT & similar CI’s patients. Cw-x compression band leggings. Serola SI belt. If you want a vagus nerve stimulator just buy a tens machine with ear clip attachment (they’re like $20 on amazon) for your L ear, low frequency, then up intensity until you reach max buzz feeling you can tolerate. (put ground pad on hip bone) & Work up to 10 min. Magnesium spray (especially on the bottoms of your feet before bed). Silver ring splits (help keep joints in place to prevent fatigue) you have to get fitted by a OT of DPT. OTC MCAS pataday eyedrops. There’s MCAS nose sprays great for allergies. Dry eyes preservative free Refresh eye drops and gel. Nuun hydration tablets. Let me know if you want more for specific issues or body systems. I have tons!

Moving to acountry with proper pain management where opioids are allowed to be given at least by doctors. In the US we live the absolute pain patients abuse!

I don’t use Biofreeze for pain as much as I use it to rapidly cool myself down if I get overheated and I am headed to a pots flare. A+ use in the summer heat in Georgia.

I started low dose naltrexone for energy for autoimmune inflammation. It’s working! I was told it only works in 50% of people, but worth it to try if you have inflammation fatigue

Creatine- gets me thru tasks- showering, cleaning- *have to* outings and work or moving and big outside days. Ive taken creatine daily for almost 2yrs now and I swear by it. Generic Pepcid and zyrtec help my mood, allergens in inflammation wise like pain and barometric pressure and brain fog. Qi Gong in the morning. Wish I could afford a red light panel bc it does help me fast. Buoy drops suck fr

I have 0 body temp regulation and a BedJet has been so helpful to rest comfortably, especially for days that I am bed bound and go from overheating to freezing. Pricey but they do have refurbished ones! Have had mine for years and still works perfectly
